At Villa Emilia, by the sea in Donoratico, a 160 m² holiday apartment awaits you: four bedrooms, three bathrooms and accommodation for eight guests across two floors. This is the home we enjoy ourselves and have shared for many years with visitors choosing the Tuscan coast for their holidays.
The rooms are filled with furniture, books and personal touches. Outside, the private patio offers space to read, spend time together and dine outdoors beside the greenery of the park.

The fine sandy beach in front of Villa Emilia, in Donoratico on the Tuscan coast, stretches for many kilometres.
Walking north, you can reach Marina di Donoratico, with its beach clubs, hotels, shops and restaurants, in about 15 minutes.
